Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Footsmart Podiatry (“the Promoter”), operating clinics at Mooloolaba and Nambour, Queensland.
2. Competition Period
The competition opens at 11:00am AEST on Tuesday, 13 October 2026 and closes at 5:00pm AEST on Thursday, 22 October 2026 (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to residents of Queensland, Australia, aged 18 years and over at the time of entry.
Employees of Footsmart Podiatry and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Competition Period:
- Follow the official Footsmart Podiatry Facebook and/or Instagram page;
- Like the official competition post; and
- Comment on the competition post as instructed.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated or fraudulent entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Footsmart Podiatry orthotic package valued at up to AUD $1,000.
The prize includes:
- Initial podiatry consultation and assessment;
- Foot scans and measurements;
- Prescription custom orthotic devices (where clinically appropriate);
- Orthotic fitting appointment.
The total value of services provided under the prize will not exceed AUD $1,000.
The prize:
- Is not transferable;
- Is not redeemable for cash;
- Cannot be exchanged for alternative products or services;
- Must be redeemed at either Footsmart Podiatry Mooloolaba or Footsmart Podiatry Nambour.
6. Clinical Suitability
Footsmart Podiatry practitioners will determine the clinical suitability of any assessment, treatment, device or service in accordance with professional standards and individual patient needs.
Winning this competition does not guarantee that a particular treatment, product or clinical outcome will be provided. If custom orthotic therapy is determined not to be clinically appropriate, Footsmart Podiatry reserves the right to provide alternative podiatry services up to the total prize value.
No guarantee is made regarding treatment outcomes.
7. Prize Redemption
The prize must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the winner being notified.
If the winner does not contact Footsmart Podiatry within 30 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random using an electronic random selection generator after the competition closes.
The draw will occur within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the competition.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days, the Promoter may conduct a redraw.
9. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Footsmart Podiatry may publish their first name and suburb for the purpose of announcing the winner, unless otherwise requested.
10. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and prize redemption and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Participants should avoid posting personal health information in public comments.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any rights under Australian Consumer Law.
12. Social Media Disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
Participants release Facebook, Instagram and Meta from any liability associated with this competition.
13. General
The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries, disqualify invalid entries and amend these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.

Here at Footsmart Podiatry, we are proud supporters of NDIS and the Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA). We accept all relevant cases from WorkCover, valid CDM/EPC (Chronic Disease Management) Plans and D904 (DVA) referrals from your Doctor. We work closely with a variety of third party partners including both self and plan managed NDIS patients, Suncare, Public Trustee and more. Footsmart Podiatry are also approved suppliers of the My Home Care group.

Covid 19 Policy
As local Sunshine Coast Podiatrists, we recognise that some patients that attend our clinic are most at risk of serious infection.
These patients include:
– People with weakened immune systems
– Older people
– People with diagnosed chronic medical conditions (such as lung conditions)
– Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, who have higher rates of chronic illness
– Young children and babies
Our aim is to minimise infections in consumers and the workforce with the support of the governance systems for effective infection prevention and control.
All our Podiatrists and administrative team have completed Covid-19 Infection control training which can be found at https://covid-19training.com.au/login.php.
In addition to current measures adhered to with reprocessing of reusable equipment and instruments (AS/NZS 4815:2006). Footsmart Podiatry has implemented additional cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation protocols to reduce risk of transmission.
Footsmart Podiatry has a comprehensive cleaning schedule which outlines the areas to be cleaned, the person responsible and the documentation required. All staff are trained in the appropriate use of cleaning chemicals and adhere to manufacturers requirements when using them.
