Part-time/ Casual Receptionist Job – Sunshine Coast

As Receptionist, you will be the front‑line ambassador for Footsmart. You’ll ensure patients feel welcomed, valued, and well‑informed from the moment they walk (or call/online‑book) through our doors. Your role will include:

• Greeting patients, assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs
• Managing appointment bookings (in‑person, phone and online)
• Answering phone enquiries and directing calls
• Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation
• Assisting with billing, fees, and payments
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy, comfortable, and well‑presented
• Collaborating with podiatrists and other clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; warm, friendly, professional manner
• Excellent organisational skills; ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Proficient with computers; experience with booking systems / clinic software (Nookal) is a plus
• Attention to detail especially in managing patient records and managing payments
• Reliable, punctual, with a customer‑service mindset
• Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive, supportive atmosphere

Location & Hours

• Working out of Nambour, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore clinics as needed
• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-5pm

Full time Podiatrist Job – Sunshine Coast

• Applicants must have AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance. You must have the right to work in Australia. Visa sponsorship will not be accepted.
