Kurt Hall is a Sunshine Coast Podiatrist working for Footsmart Podiatry in our Nambour, Mooloolaba and Maroochydore podiatry clinics.
Kurt comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience having worked in Podiatry for the last 26 years. He first started working for two private podiatry practices, one in Brisbane and one on the Sunshine Coast. The Sunshine Coast practice it turns out was working for Barry Hawes with none other than our principal podiatrist, Robert Dick. Rob and Kurt also went through university together ‘back in the day’.
Kurt graduated from university with Robert in 1993 and after working for three years, he started his own business in 1996 in Currrimundi. He owned and worked out of his own podiatry practice for 27 years before selling in 2022 to have better work life balance. His practice was mainly for general podiatry care however Kurt does have interest in sports biomechanical foot pathologies.
Kurt used to make his own orthotics by hand for the 27 years he owned his own practice. However, since joining Footsmart Podiatry Kurt Hall is eager to learn to use the latest in gait analysis technology which is how Footsmart designs and makes their orthosis.
Kurt is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association as he has been for a number of years.
When not at work, Kurt loves to surf, be with his family and to take it easy.
